Trump’s empty State Fair was his biggest embarrassment yet

Donald Trump is no stranger to embarrassment, and yet he may have topped himself with the Great American State Fair:

The absolute state (Fair) of it

This is how the Trump regime described the fair:

A world-class exposition and modern-day World’s Fair celebrating the people, traditions, innovations, and spirit that make America the greatest nation on Earth. Featuring more than 150 exhibits from all 56 states and territories, businesses, innovators, and civic organizations, the Great American State Fair will showcase the very best of America through state pavilions, industry displays, family-friendly attractions, movie screenings, musical performances, military ensembles, spectacular flyovers, daily cultural programming, and an iconic Ferris wheel on the National Mall.

As can be seen above, attendance was poor – both in terms of the numbers and quality. We’re sorry, colonel Saunders, but you shouldn’t be fast asleep mid-afternoon at the Trump jamboree.

The embarrassment didn’t end there, either. One clip featured former Superman actor Dean Cain referencing “tons of people” who blatantly weren’t there:

Other videos also highlighted the vast, empty expanses between the various attractions:

Said attractions included a tent in which you could get baptised:

Besides The Boys, people compared the scenes to 28 Days Later:

Another facet which attracted attention was the faux-architecture they painted to look 3D:

To be fair, they built these stands to be temporary. To be less fair, they needn’t have bothered making any stands, because no one showed up.

Trump is humiliation man

When we say this is Trump’s “biggest embarrassment yet”, we’re talking about the category of humiliating things he does which are funny. Obviously, this half-empty hootenanny is nowhere near as embarrassing as him losing the war against Iran – a war he started – a war which ironically made Iran a much stronger regional power.
